Our client, Prantl’s Bakery, with four locations in the Pittsburgh-area recently encountered a problem. Their online ordering system that was provided by a national third party provider went down the week before Christmas.
This was a disaster as it prevented them from taking orders for the holidays and for the upcoming Christmas season.
Our solution was to build a web store for their current website so orders could be fulfilled for this important ordering season. The new online ordering was built in a day and saved the day for Prantl’s Bakery allowing users to place orders for the important holiday season.
The new online ordering allows the users to order online and pickup the order at one of the four Pittsburgh-based locations. You can select a date and time for your pickup as well.
