Laick Design recently developed software that allows guards at SCI Laurel Highlands monitor inmates and their actions. This web-based software is available to the guards on their iPads and computers and allow them to automatically update what the inmates are doing, where they are going and if there are any issues. Once input the data is available for supervisors to review and monitor.
