Laick Design was recently involved with designing the program detailing the Trail Town program for Blair County, PA. The program was 32 full color pages with each page/spread using full bleeds, engaging photographs and bright eye-catching colors that compliment the content of the piece. Using this program as a guide, it shows residents, community leaders and elected officials how a rails to trails and trail town program can be implemented in Blair County. Laick Design recently produced the 2023 Greene County Chamber of Commerce membership decals. These decals are three color and printed on a white interior mount application. Given to members of the Chamber to display their membership to locals, visitors and others these decals are 3 x 5 inches in size. The decal shows the secondary Chamber logo we developed a few years back as well as the year and their business tag line of Doing Business Better. The Greene County Chamber of Commerce serves businesses and individuals in the Greene County and surrounding areas with a membership of over 350 members.

Laick Design recently completed the new signage for Pro Comfort Heating & Cooling located in Waynesburg, PA. Pro Comfort Heating & Cooling recently moved to their new location on High Street in Waynesburg, PA and needed a sign to let passer-bys know their location and other contact info. We worked with the sign manufacturer and designed a sign showcasing their logo, phone number, website and their two main manufacturers American Standard and Generac. Utilizing the colors that they used on their logo we completed the sign as well as the entry door and window graphics that keep a consistent theme throughout. Laick Design recently designed the new business cards for Apothecare Pharmacy in Uniontown, PA. The new cards build off of the design elements we developed for them on their website and other printed material we recently work on for them. For these new business cards, we utilized a standard business card with a fold. On the front panel, the client’s name and photo is present along with their phone, website and social media icons. The inside of the card features a listing of all the doctors working at their facilities and all of the services that they offer. Laick Design recently partnered with Woodsdale Elementary School in Wheeling, WV. to develop a playground sign showcasing American Indian or Indigenous Americans history. The school reached out to Laick Design as the students were recently learning about the wigwam huts and living situations in Wheeling, WV and were looking for a way to incorporate the history into a marker. Since the location of the school is on former native lands this was a way to honor their history as well as a way for students of Woodsdale Elementary school to learn and appreciate the area, history and culture. Known for their fresh fruit and produce throughout the Westmoreland County region, Sand Hill Berries is a berry farm that specializes in growing many berries as well as grapes and other fruits. Clear to Close Settlements based in downtown Pittsburgh, PA recently reached out to Laick Design to design and develop a new series of business cards for their employees. We were able to deliver a high quality card on 14 point stock with two sided, full color printing. Utilizing their branding and colors that have already been developed we were able to implement those colors and themes into the card design. Laick Design recently worked with Mental Health of Southwest Pennsylvania along with Westmoreland County, PA to develop the program and signage for their first mental health legislative breakfast. With May being Mental Health Awareness month, the County and Commissioner Douglas Chew wanted to start a yearly tradition to discuss what mental health issues are surrounding the County. We designed the invitation, signage and the program for the event which was held on May 12th at Wesley Family Services in New Kensington, PA. The SWPA Water Network is a coalition of organizations working to improve water quality and access in southwestern Pennsylvania. Located in Pittsburgh, PA and with over 200 coalition members their voice on matters such as the Ohio River Basin, clean water initiatives and others make them a strong force for change in the area. The 15th Fayette County Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony starts this weekend at the Pleasant Valley Golf Course in Fayette County. With the success of the event being held at the golf course last year, it will once again be held there for a sold out crowd.
