DC Settlements is a new startup company focusing on housing settlements and closings. Located in Uniontown, PA, DC Settlements is focused on making closings and real estate settlements as easy and smooth as possible.

Since they are a startup, they needed a logo and many other materials that are needed for a successful brand launch. We kept the colors simple – blue and gray. Those classic and timeless colors show strength, trustworthiness and success. The script and wording also is simple and easy to read but visually tells you what they are.
