Back in September 2021, Laick Design developed the new logo and brand colors for Fayette Friends of Animals located in Uniontown, PA. The logo was very well received and to celebrate their 25th year serving Fayette County they contacted Laick Design to design a commemorative logo for their anniversary.
Utilizing the existing logo with the dog and cat iconography we added a swash to the end keeping with the motion and alignment of the tail of a pet in motion. At the end leading your eye into the large 25th anniversary word mark and lettering. The large letters allow the viewer to easily see that this is the 25th anniversary as well as the fact that they have been serving animals since 1998.
We used a silver color scheme for the logo to tie into the silver anniversary and to showcase the logo on various platforms and uses.
Fayette Friends of Animals is a non-profit/for purpose, charitable 501c organization that believes in the humane treatment and improved quality of life for animals. This organization provides and maintains a fiscally responsible, temporary shelter to stray, abandoned or surrendered animals for the purpose of finding them permanent, loving homes. This shelter adheres to the no-kill philosophy that it does not euthanize healthy or treatable animals, even when the shelter is full. It is believed that educating the public regarding spaying and neutering is the key to solving the problem of pet overpopulation.
