Over the years we have completed a good amount of work for the Greene County Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 when they transitioned from the Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce to the Greene County Chamber of Commerce, Laick Design designed their current logo. However as the years have gone by, the logo more tall than wide was an awkward fit for many placements such as advertisements, stickers, and signs.
One of the suggestions we had was to develop a secondary or alternative logo that could be used in different applications when the dimensions were wider allowing for the logo size to be increased and more visible. Using elements from the original logo such as the courthouse icon and the familiar text placement, Laick Design was able to design this new secondary logo during this COVID-19 pandemic.
The new logo made its first appearance in a set of ads encouraging and letting businesses know that the Greene County Chamber of Commerce is open and their resources are available for them during the pandemic.
