This online ordering system easily allows their clients to access the site and enter in information relating to their ideal new product. The client would enter in data such as tonnage, make, model and quantity. From there they would be able to choose brands and manufacturers that they would like to use. If the client has an existing unit they wish to replace, that info can also be entered in. Once completed, the user would receive a quote for the item including shipping to their location. We recently completed the new website for Allevo, a company that allows SAP to Excel integration for data processing. Based in Germany but having a U.S. presence in Charlotte, NC their services are used by over 250 clients world-wide. The creative piece to this website is developing a site that does not play into the traditional thinking when it comes to Excel and data. Laick Design recently completed a website conversion project for the Silvis Group. The Silvis Group had previously used a website that was HTML-based and was difficult in updating. However, they liked the look and feel of that site. Laick Design was able to not only keep the current look but convert the site to a more manageable platform. The new site while being more manageable also allows the site to be mobile-compatible which will help them in their search engine optimization and marketing efforts. The idea came about as the COVID-19 pandemic prevented families from having parties, traveling or seeing their favorite characters. Laick Design recently completed the new website for Florida-based Sea & Shoreline Aquatic Restoration. Looking to revamp their older website, Sea & Shoreline Aquatic Restoration wanted a more modern look, feel and presentation for their new web presence. They also wanted the website to look the same on mobile as it did on desktop and tablet versions of the site. We were able to accomplish their desires a few ways. For instance on the homepage, we utilized a curtain effect on the homepage to allow various elements to appear on the site at different times. Laick Design recently completed the mobile conversion of long-time client, Pittsburgh Smile Studio’s website. The Pittsburgh Smile Studio website was a site we developed way back in 2008 but just recently upgraded it to being mobile friendly. Located in the heart of Oakland near Carlow University and the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Cushman serves a student population as well as many patients from other Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Therefore the site had to be mobile compatible for the college students who frequently using their devices.
