The COVID-19 pandemic has hit everyone hard. The local food banks and food pantries have been especially hit hard. The ability to do a traditional food drive has been limited as well. With that said, CCFB approached Laick Design and CNX about hosting a virtual food drive for individuals in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Our client, Prantl’s Bakery, with four locations in the Pittsburgh-area recently encountered a problem. Their online ordering system that was provided by a national third party provider went down the week before Christmas.
