Over the years, Fayette Friends of Animals had a few different logo identities and concepts each one not lending itself to digital or print advertising. They recently reached out to Laick Design to develop a new look for their logo. This political season has certainly been busy. Over the years we have helped clients from all across the U.S. in various political races and this spring has been no different. Laick Design has worked with a few local candidates this voting period on a number of unique items such as sign design, poll cards, buttons, magnets, letters and direct mailings. Launching in 2021, Squatch Box will be producing micro-campers, gear and other outdoor essentials. Micro-campers have been a pretty popular trend in recent years and Squatch Box will hopefully attract a unique following for their brand. A few years ago Laick Design developed a logo for Memorial Highway Chevrolet in Johnstown, PA. Fast forward a few years and the dealership has expanded and added a new location in Somerset, PA taking over the former Kenny Ross location. This new logo keeps many familiar elements from the initial logo designed for Memorial Highway Chevrolet but adds in verbiage for the Somerset, PA location. Like in the past the logo for Somerset contains two separate elements – one logo for signage and one for merchandise, stickers, and other circular placements. One of the projects Laick Design has been working on for a few years has been the 100th Anniversary logo and banners for the Sisters of St. Basil The Great. With their 100th anniversary taking place in 2021, we started developing the look for a few of these pieces two years ago. The logo is a recreation of one of the more famous and popular stained-glass pieces seen at Mt. Macrina. This recreation of that piece is being used as the logo but also on the banners which will be displayed on the light poles going into the sacred grounds. Over the years we have completed a good amount of work for the Greene County Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 when they transitioned from the Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce to the Greene County Chamber of Commerce, Laick Design designed their current logo. Laick Design is pleased to showcase the new logo for the Fayette County Career & Technology Institute. This new logo will launch along-side a new website for the technology school on March 10, 2020. The logo and website project have been over a year in the making and included speaking to faculty, students and community leaders to develop a look that represented a more modern and up-to-date presence for the institution. Using the colors of blue and green signify the mountains and water areas in the scenic Laurel Highlands where the school lies at the foothills. Laick Design recently completed the logo development for a new startup company called Virtuosity. This new company is building upon years of expertise in the cleaning and commercial property maintenance fields for a on-site mobile management system. The logo is lowercase and using bullets or dots to separate the syllables of the word. By bringing years of experience together this mobile app, which will launch in mid-March 2020 by Laick Design, will allow subscribers to manage a cleaning crew, a job site, order supplies and even monitor an employee punch clock system. Laick Design recently completed the new website for Gohn Enterprises located in Johnstown, PA. Gohn Enterprises came to Laick Design looking for a stronger web presence to increase their footprint in the Johnstown, PA area. Looking for a simple site with a way to showcase their services and offerings, Laick Design developed a site showing this info. We also featured information showing visitors that they are an authorized NAPA service provider. Using the NAPA colors of blue and gold we developed a site using that brand imagery.
