Ikshana Therapeutics

We were recently contacted by Ikshaha Therapeutics in Cranberry Township, PA about doing a logo for their new venture. This project came along very quickly as they needed a logo for their practice. Conducting some research, looking into color theory and then designing the logo was very quick – the complete turnaround took around a week to complete. Eventually we settled upon a blue themed logo and a san-serif font for easy readability. In the end the client has a nice, appealing logo for their new business in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.

DC Settlements

DC Settlements is a new startup company focusing on housing settlements and closings. Located in Uniontown, PA, DC Settlements is focused on making closings and real estate settlements as easy and smooth as possible. Since they are a startup, they needed a logo and many other materials that are needed for a successful brand launch. We kept the colors simple – blue and gray. Those classic and timeless colors show strength, trustworthiness and success. The script and wording also is simple and easy to read but visually tells you what they are. Laurel House

Laick Design recently completed the new logo and color scheme for the Laurel House based in Uniontown, PA. The Laurel House, is a noted pioneer in the field of community living arrangements in Pennsylvania. They first opened their doors to the mentally challenged on December 2, 1970. Since that time, over 300 individuals have participated in organizational programming since that date. As a private, non-profit corporation, Laurel House operates under the auspices of an administrative board of directors, a CEO and a program director. Kreuz’n Calibrations

We recently designed and developed the logo for Kreuz’n Calibrations a sister company of Chuck’s Collision Shop located in Waynesburg, PA. This logo development was a fun little project to work on as we had a lot of creative freedom. This allowed us at Laick Design to develop many ideas that were presented to the client for review. Fayette Friends of Animals 25th Anniversary Logo

Back in September 2021, Laick Design developed the new logo and brand colors for Fayette Friends of Animals located in Uniontown, PA. The logo was very well received and to celebrate their 25th year serving Fayette County they contacted Laick Design to design a commemorative logo for their anniversary. Utilizing the existing logo with the dog and cat iconography we added a swash to the end keeping with the motion and alignment of the tail of a pet in motion. Laick Design recently completed the new logo and brand development for Wexford, PA based information technology and cyber security company, Flint Tech Solutions. Offering information technology, cyber security, and cloud services to customers in the Pittsburgh North Hills area, Flint Tech Solutions is able to perform many duties relating to your office or business needs. Malcolm Nowlin

Laick Design recently completed the logo for Pittsburgh-based Motivational Speaking and Professional Mentor Malcolm E. Nowlin. Malcolm and his unique story and upbringing to motivate and inspire others to live a life they want and wish for. For the logo, we explored a variety of color options but settled on the silver and black. The M and N circling together simulate the “Moving Forward Together” motto that Malcolm uses as a slogan. While other color options were considered the silver and black allow Malcolm to use the logo on a wide variety of elements and usages. In the future this logo will be used on Malcolm’s website and future publications.

Laick Design recently developed the mark and brand identity for a veteran owned construction and consulting company, 12 Bravo CC. Located in North Huntingdon, Pa, 12 Bravo consists of 12 veterans, including one bronze star recipient, who are using their combined expertise in the construction and consulting areas. Bear Haven Realty

Earlier this year Laick Design developed a logo and website for new real estate and property management company, Bear Haven Realty. Located in Wexford, PA they were looking for a unique yet attractive logo to distinguish them from competitors in an already crowded field. Located in West Chester, New York, owner Courtney Walker-Davis wanted a logo that showed a serious business appeal but also with a feminine approach.
