12 Bravo CC

Laick Design recently developed the mark and brand identity for a veteran owned construction and consulting company, 12 Bravo CC. Located in North Huntingdon, Pa, 12 Bravo consists of 12 veterans, including one bronze star recipient, who are using their combined expertise in the construction and consulting areas. They came to Laick Design looking for a logo that represented what they do, and what they represent. Without being too heavily focused on any particular aspect we developed a set of logo marks for them to review. Using patriotic imagery as well as construction types we were able to develop a logo that not only shows the American flag but also

Full Court Press

Laick Design recently completed the logo development for strategic communications company Full Court Press. Located in West Chester, New York, owner Courtney Walker-Davis wanted a logo that showed a serious business appeal but also with a feminine approach. Using a play on words with her name, Full Court Press, offers public relations and strategic communications serving the West Chester, New York area and beyond. The logo therefore needed to be simple, effective and useful in many mediums. Starting with the shape, we developed many logos for Full Court Press as circles, rectangles and eventually settled on a square. Going with a darker background for the square in this case, navy,

Fayette Friends of Animals

Laick Design recently worked with Fayette Friends of Animals on a new logo. Over the years, Fayette Friends of Animals had a few different logo identities and concepts each one not lending itself to digital or print advertising. With this new rebrand, Laick Design went with a simple, flowing, one color logo allowing for a logo that is easily reproducible in web and print formats. Working with Fayette Friends of Animals they wanted a logo that showcased hope, happiness and the love that a pet can bring to you. This logo with the cat and dog identifies what their mission is and involves. Along with the logo, we also developed

Squatch Box

The logo for Squatch Box was certainly fun as Laick Design created a unique identity for the micro-camping company. Launching in 2021, Squatch Box will be producing micro-campers, gear and other outdoor essentials. Micro-campers have been a pretty popular trend in recent years and Squatch Box will hopefully attract a unique following for their brand. The logo features all sorts of outdoor elements such as mountains, trees, birds and a few more items that give the logo an outdoor and nature feel to it. When in the outdoors you never know when you may encounter the legendary Sasquatch. That’s why even though the micro-campers are generally smaller they are large

Memorial Highway Chevrolet – Somerset

A few years ago Laick Design developed a logo for Memorial Highway Chevrolet in Johnstown, PA. Fast forward a few years and the dealership has expanded and added a new location in Somerset, PA taking over the former Kenny Ross location. This new logo keeps many familiar elements from the initial logo designed for Memorial Highway Chevrolet but adds in verbiage for the Somerset, PA location. Like in the past the logo for Somerset contains two separate elements – one logo for signage and one for merchandise, stickers, and other circular placements. If you are looking for a logo or website designed for your business please contact us at 724-880-0921.

One of the projects Laick Design has been working on for a few years has been the 100th Anniversary logo and banners for the Sisters of St. Basil The Great. With their 100th anniversary taking place in 2021, we started developing the look for a few of these pieces two years ago. The logo is a recreation of one of the more famous and popular stained-glass pieces seen at Mt. Macrina. This recreation of that piece is being used as the logo but also on the banners which will be displayed on the light poles going into the sacred grounds. The banners are two sided and feature the logo and

Greene County Chamber of Commerce

Over the years we have completed a good amount of work for the Greene County Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 when they transitioned from the Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce to the Greene County Chamber of Commerce, Laick Design designed their current logo. However as the years have gone by, the logo more tall than wide was an awkward fit for many placements such as advertisements, stickers, and signs. One of the suggestions we had was to develop a secondary or alternative logo that could be used in different applications when the dimensions were wider allowing for the logo size to be increased and more visible. Using elements from the
